Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable Excellence: Manage coding, processing, and verifying invoices with accuracy.
Payment Processing: Oversee timely and accurate payment management.
Vendor Relationship Management: Cultivate positive, professional relationships with vendors.
Data Entry & Analysis: Use your eye for detail and strong math skills to ensure every entry is spot-on.
Skills You’ll Bring:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other accounting software.
Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal.
The ability to handle sensitive information with tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
A positive, approachable personality and strong critical thinking skills.
