We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with bookkeeping experience to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. This position has flexible hours, however it is in-office only. No remote work.
Our company is located in Vars, ON and is not on public transportation routes. Must have reliable transportation.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Enter invoices into accounting software (Sage 50). Request missing information from vendors.
- Reconcile company credit cards
- Order office supplies, work with suppliers to maintain office equipment
- Send out invoices to customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
