We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Store Support Centre team in Brampton, Ontario. This role is primarily responsible for processing utility and expense invoices (including employee expense reports) for payment, ensuring that disbursements are valid, properly approved, and coded to the correct general ledger account(s).
The successful candidate will also be responsible to:
- Compile and maintain Accounts Payable records
- Analyze data and identify discrepancies
- Investigate and take corrective action
- Create journal entries at month-end as assigned
- Reconcile general ledger accounts as assigned
- Reconcile vendor statements, ensure all invoices are process and credits are properly processed and taken

- Experience in a high volume environment (100+ invoices/day) preferred but not required
- Strong comprehension of Vendor Rebates and Marketing credits
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
