Mastrangelo Fuels is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities
- Process daily and weekly billings
- Handle all customer account inquiries
- Maintain customer account records
- Ensure strict confidentiality and privacy of financial records as they relate to the organization and its customers
- Enter customer receipts, and reconcile daily deposits transactions.
- Make arrangements for payment of outstanding accounts
- Deal with outside collection agencies as required
- Collaborate with Management to maintain collection goals and general AR performance
- Assist with other accounting task and office tasks as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,760.00-$50,500.00 per year
