Duties
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk
- Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Coordinate meetings and conferences
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Assist coworkers and staff members with special tasks on a daily basis
- Facilitate timely delivery of special projects to meet organizational and departmental objectives.
- Ordering of machine parts and picking up of parts as well.
- Maintain Fleet Maintenance Records
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in Google Sheets is considered an asset
- Experience with Quickbooks would be considered an asset, but willing to train
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Experience in Motive ELD would be considered an asset, but willing to train
- Valid G Driver License
