Assist with administrative support in the Centre’s activities
Research and respond to routine inquiries for information from parents or external regulatory groups.
Set up and maintain calendar for the Director including appointment and meetings
Prepare meeting materials such as reports, agenda items, etc.…
Inventory controls including the purchase and maintenance of office supplies.
Performing basic administrative tasks (answering the phone, photocopying, mailing, filing, word processing,internet).
Perform general office tasks such as maintaining forms and publication, keeping office equipment in working order, etc.
Prepare documents (agenda, minutes, etc.) related to confidential management and staff meetings.
Meet or liaison with individuals and groups inside or outside of the company on behalf of the Director, and have a role in establishing and coordinating the implementation of company, administrative policies.
Managing staff attendance (sick, personal and vacations) for payroll.
Pre-screening resumes for new candidates.
Ordering supplies required for running the Centre.
Filing documents and updating staff and students’ files.
Banking duties.
Planning of class trips including booking activity, arranging transportation, making deposits, etc.…
Updating and or reproducing policies, the staff handbook, the Centre’s Bylaws, etc.
Preparation of bi-weekly staff payroll.
Monthly preparation and or uploading of the PAD,
Monthly / bi-weekly downloading all the required documents form Children Services Information System (CCIS).
Annual preparation for the auditor's report

Pay: $21.74-$22.00 per hour
