Job Title: Senior Accounts Payable Specialist
Job Description/ Position overview:
Right Traffic is seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing vendor payments, reconciling credit card expenses, and handling vendor inquiries. You will also support the training of new team members and assist with the organization of digital files. A diploma in accounting or finance is required, along with intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, adaptability to new technologies, and strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of bookkeeping principles are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently post and process vendor bill payments through various methods, including EFT, ACH, and cheques.
- Handle the reconciliation of a high volume of company credit card expenses. Compile detailed monthly spreadsheets for each account and accurately enter data into the accounting software.
- Respond to vendor inquiries regarding bills, payments, and discrepancies, while maintaining detailed records.
- Assist with the training of new and junior Accounts Payable staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Assist with the organization and management of digital files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
Qualifications/Attributes:
- Diploma in accounting, finance, or related field; understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Adaptable to learning new skills, applications, and software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, analytical thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Accounts Payable: 3 years

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
