*Overview*
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting practices and be proficient in various accounting software and a willingness to learn new things fast and effeciently.
*Responsibilities*
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Grow into all aspects of the accounting role
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
- Utilize accounting software such as Sage for financial transactions
- Support corporate finance activities as needed
- Process and pay invoices
- Interact with Suppliers and Service Providers
*Experience*
- Proven work experience as an Accounting Administrator or similar role
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- a Knack for numbers, fast and effecient able to work by yourself and be productive
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related Experience
