360 Community Management is a condominium property management company. The duties and responsibilities of the position are:
- Monitor condominium owner account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Generate AR aging reporting.
- Review AR aging to ensure compliance.
- Follow established procedures for collections / issuing Notices of Lien (Form 14s), in compliance with the Condominium Act.
- Professional results-driven collection calls, emails, mail to condominium owners.
- Investigate and resolve condominium owner queries.
- Process AR adjustments.
- Other Accounts Receivable related duties.
