Accounts Receivable Coordinator
Accounts Receivable Clerk- Full-Time Permanent
Work Location: Bradford & Hybrid work option available
Days of Work: Monday - Friday - 8:30am - 4:30pm - (Must Keep Business Hours)
We are seeking an experienced permanent full-time, detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Coordinator to receive, process, and collect on goods sold as well as supporting reporting, claims and support with projects as they arise.
The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will report to the Director of Finance to ensure that payments are collected and processed on time. You will also investigate discrepancies, short payments and coordinate payment inquiries with corporate head office grocery industry customers & business owners. You will file claims as necessary and follow up on all outstanding items and accounts in a frequent & timely manner. Your responsibilities also includes liaising with vendors and head office portals regarding price increases and other related fees.
Your skills include an extreme attention to detail, organization, self motivation and computer skills, including quick learner on software, skilled in working with Excel and new computer programs. Experience working in the grocery industry in accounts receivable with customers including Loblaws, Sobeys & Metro and/or other large retailers is a significant asset.
- Researching and resolving account discrepancies.
- Processing and recording transactions
- Maintaining files & records regarding payments and account statuses.
- Routinely following up on outstanding payment with customers - either electronically or by phone.
- Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing invoices, sending bill reminders.
- Contacting clients to discuss their accounts, and other administrative duties as assigned.
- Regularly generating and formatting reports and statements for internal use.

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
