NOTE: This is an in-office role (Monday - Friday) located in downtown Toronto.
My client, a boutique wealth management firm is currently seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will provide support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Duties:
- Scanning & Mailing duties
- Filing
- Update internal systems
- Generate reports
- Basic accounting duties in excel
- Filling out forms and applications
- Look after office supplies
- Answer phones & greet clients
- Client meeting prep
- Assist Portfolio Managers and Administration as needed
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience with phone systems
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and clerical duties
- Previous experience as an office clerk or administrative assistant
