Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Bookkeeper at Legacy Property & Rental Management in Thunder Bay, ON. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for financial statements, bookkeeping, accounting software management, reconciling credit card statements & bank accounts, finance tasks, and journal entries. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, handling transactions, and collaborating with the finance team. The role will also allow for a team member to add their excitement for growth and team building to our growing team. New tasks will be given to you as they come.
Qualifications
- Financial Statements, Bookkeeping, and Journal Entries (Accounting) skills
- Experience with Accounting Software and Finance tasks
- Quarterly HST Remittance
- Proficiency in financial data analysis and reporting
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in property management or real estate industry is a plus
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
