As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a key role in managing vendor relationships, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. Your contribution will ensure our financial operations run effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payments requests accurately and on time
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve miscalculations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for all payables
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
Qualifications
- A diploma or degree in accounting, finance, related field
- Previous experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping or a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software (Quickbooks, Sage, SAP)
- Accuracy in reviewing and processing invoices, verifying payment details and reconciling statements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
