Overview
We are looking for a full time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant at our Mississauga office. Our ideal candidate is punctual, organized, proficient in data entry, and able to have a somewhat flexible schedule, as with the nature of our work, our hours are variable throughout the year.
Duties
- Assist management with general clerical duties.
- Take meeting minutes.
- Manage incoming calls, & emails
- Perform data entry tasks.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
- Manage and maintain inventory of office supplies/stationary.
- Prepare and submit customer quotes.
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable.
- Be the primary point of contact for office visitors, deliveries etc.
Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or admin assistant is preferred.
- English/Spanish speakers preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications is required.
- Experience with: Jobber, Autosist, BrightHR/ Brightsafe is an asset.
- Valid Drivers license required (G2 minimum)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
