Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for employees. This role requires a strong understanding of payroll systems, human resources practices, and accounting principles. The Payroll Administrator will collaborate with various departments to maintain compliance with payroll regulations and provide support in HR-related functions.
Duties
- Process bi-weekly & semi-monthly payroll for all employees using payroll software (EasyPay).
- Ensure accurate data entry of employee hours, deductions, and benefits into the payroll system.
- Analyze payroll data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain employee records ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
- Prepare reports related to payroll, including tax filings and year-end documentation.
- Assist with accounts receivable & payable functions as needed, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Provide support for audits related to payroll processes and compliance.
- Perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing systems.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role within human resources or accounting departments.
- Proficiency in payroll software such as QuickBooks, and Easy Pay.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets related to payroll processing.
- Familiarity with accounting software and principles is an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for maintaining accurate records.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members across departments.

Pay: $41,517.67-$55,000.00 per year
