ABOUT THE POSITION
The role will report directly to the President and Property Manager. The main, initial duties will include:
- Maintaining the highest level of telephone service;
- Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, superintendents and others;
- Ensure effective and precise filing of all relevant documents;
- Preparation of documentation such as notices to tenants, lease packages;
- Maintain up to date, mandatory tenant insurance records;
- Enter work orders into company computer system;
- Run errands.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Driver's License;
- High School or College Diploma;
- Comfortable working in an office setting part time - 3 days per week;
- Flexible to work additional days to cover employee vacation and illness;
- Computer literate (email, word, excel), strong language and writing skills;
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to prioritize duties and deadlines;
- Ability to work alone and with a team;
- Understanding and maintaining confidentiality where applicable;
- Previous office experience required, with Quickbooks knowledge. Experience in Property Management an asset, but not a requirement.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $23.00 per hour
