```Duties:```
- Prepare and complete accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses
- Review financial records, such as income statements and balance sheets, to ensure accuracy
- Calculate taxes owed or refunds due based on current tax laws and regulations
- Identify potential tax credits, deductions, and exemptions for clients
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and answer tax-related questions
- Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance
```Qualifications:```
- Proven experience as a Tax Preparer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and procedures
- Proficient in using accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Note: Experience with payroll, budgeting, account reconciliation, financial services, accounts payable, or other related skills are a plus.
