Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer support while managing various clerical tasks. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors, whether in a medical or dental office setting.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer phone calls with professional phone etiquette, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations, utilizing computerized systems effectively.
- Maintain accurate client files and records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
- Handle billing inquiries and process payments using QuickBooks or similar software.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient office operations and excellent customer service.
- Accurately perform appointment booking, confirming, time changing, cancelling, etc.
- Draft documents based on agent’s request, including listing agreement, offers, etc.
- Broker load listing into software, modify information accordingly.
- Problem solve and deal appropriately with issues that arise in the performance of duties.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer support or front desk roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with phone systems and strong phone etiquette skills are essential.
- Proficient in clerical tasks with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite MLS systems or equivalent applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on delivering outstanding service to clients.
- Prior experience with front desk - needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.55-$21.09 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week

- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (required)
