We’re on the hunt for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join our client’s head office team! In this role, you’ll take the reins on bi-weekly payroll using ADP Pay@Work software and contribute to a workplace that values growth and excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Process a bi-weekly payroll for 200 employees using Pay Specialist
- Process hourly payroll using Excel based process
- Experience processing expenses for employees
- Assist with reconciliation of payroll accounts
- Year end functions
- Assure & Manage the implementation of benefits for employees
- Provide payroll reports and analysis as required
- Implement and develop training plan for employee roll out of new software
- Manage deadlines to assure prompt transition
- Develop Policies and training manuals
- Conduct training classes for management
- Further grow brand and company best practises
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience working with ADP Pay@work
- Experience with benefits administration
- Enrol new employees on benefits and insurance packages
- Employee payroll file management
- Manage all T4's, ROE and government documents
- Experience processing expenses for employees
