We’re on the hunt for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join our client’s head office team! In this role, you’ll take the reins on bi-weekly payroll using ADP Pay@Work software and contribute to a workplace that values growth and excellence.

Responsibilities:

Process a bi-weekly payroll for 200 employees using Pay Specialist
Process hourly payroll using Excel based process
Experience processing expenses for employees
Assist with reconciliation of payroll accounts
Year end functions
Assure & Manage the implementation of benefits for employees
Provide payroll reports and analysis as required
Implement and develop training plan for employee roll out of new software
Manage deadlines to assure prompt transition
Develop Policies and training manuals
Conduct training classes for management
Further grow brand and company best practises

Requirements:

3-5 years experience working with ADP Pay@work
Experience with benefits administration
Enrol new employees on benefits and insurance packages
Employee payroll file management
Manage all T4's, ROE and government documents
Experience processing expenses for employees
