Our office administrators work along side our funeral directors in assisting families over the phone with various needs. An appropriate candidate is hard working and patient.
Monday to Friday full time position. 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
Training will take place in Vaughan. Permanent job location is in York.

Office Administrator Duties:
-Answer company phone lines and speak to the community in a professional manner
-Organize office space and make sure office is tidy at all times
-Work on family funeral files
-Data Input
-Proofing and Printing stationary items using commercial printer
-Familiar in Microsoft Office
-Use standard office supplies. Ex: laminator.
