Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients, ensuring all billing details are correct and align with contractual agreements.
- Reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain and update records in the invoicing system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to verify billing details and address any client inquiries.
- Assist in preparing reports related to invoicing and accounts receivable.
Skills and Experience:
- Invoicing Expertise: Proven experience in billing, invoicing, or related financial operations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software; familiarity with CCH is considered an asset.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all deliverables.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and clients.
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in a similar role, preferably in a financial or professional services environment.
- Education: Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or a related field is an asset.

- Advanced experience using CCH or similar financial software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
