In this role you will:
- Carry out the administrative duties and responsibilities for both branches in the division
- Support the transition of incoming and outgoing staff
- Organize and coordinate branch scheduling, appointments and meetings
- Ensure timely distribution and quality control of administrative and corporate documentation
- Prepare and manage documents, track tasks, and maintain records
- Interpret corporate policies, determine urgency and confidentiality of inquiries
- You have proficiency in using office software and tools.
- You possess knowledge of administrative practices, including tracking tasks, preparing documents, and managing records.
- You are proficient in using office equipment to handle tasks such as copying materials and transmitting correspondence.
- You are skilled at using word processing software to create documents like letters, reports, and confidential materials.
- You can prioritize multiple tasks, manage deadlines effectively, and work independently in a dynamic environment.
- You manage schedules efficiently, utilizing digital calendars and time management systems to handle appointments and meetings.
- You can organize and coordinate events and briefings, with an understanding of organizational structures and procedures.
- You effectively liaise with various departments, ensuring timely distribution and quality control of documentation.
- You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with a variety of stakeholders, including clients and colleagues.
