We are on the hunt for a trailblazing individual to lead our Strategic Initiatives for the people function, a game-changer who will sculpt and steer our HR strategies to unprecedented levels of excellence. This newly created role is your opportunity to design and implement visionary people initiatives that push boundaries and set new benchmarks. What You'll Do :
Transformational HR Functions: Elevate key foundational areas, including compensation, payroll, and Learning & Development (L&D). Develop and institutionalize dynamic learning programs and a continuous learning culture that drives employee growth and organizational success.
Leadership and Team Empowerment: Lead and mentor teams in Total Rewards, Payroll, Learning & Development, and Employee Experience. Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture that aligns with our strategic goals.
Strategic Self-Starter: A proactive leader who takes initiative, drives projects independently, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
