The Opportunity:
Flextrack is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Accounting Clerk. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in financial accounting or bookkeeping who is eager to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, ensuring compliance, and supporting critical business operations.

Day-to-day you will:
- Process journal entries and assist with month-end reconciliations.
- Review financial data, including bank and billing information, for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with billing and communicate with clients to resolve invoice inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client program requirements.
- Review contracts and supporting documentation for adherence to established processes.
- Contribute to special projects, such as the implementation of NetSuite ERP and sales transformation initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and communicate recommendations to the manager.
It would be amazing if you have:
- A degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems.
- Intermediate Excel skills, including vLookups, pivot tables, and common formulas.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining data accuracy.
- Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) and a customer-focused approach.
- Adaptability to different systems and processes for various clients.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate work needs with minimal supervision.
- A collaborative spirit, thriving both independently and as part of a team.
