Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mortgage Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, particularly in a Mortgage brokerage setting. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong customer support abilities, and proficiency in office management tasks. The Administrator will be responsible for managing front desk operations, maintaining records, and providing exceptional service to clients, managing lender portals.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors/agents/clients with a warm and professional demeanor at the front desk.
- Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for client records and office documents.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks related to patient billing and office expenses.
- Provide customer support by addressing client concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient office operations.
Skills
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Experience in a Mortgage office is preferred.
- Proficiency in front desk operations, including appointment scheduling.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for filing and record keeping.
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer support while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
