Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing financial transactions, analyzing financial data, and preparing financial reports.
Responsibilities:
Skills:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements
- Handles purchases and employee reimbursement for the site
- Prepare for the sales invoices, record the sales entries, and collect accounts receivables
- Follow up with customers with sales and accounts receivables issues
- Reconciles A/R ledger and generates Aging Report
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation
- Utilize accounting software to maintain accurate financial records
- Support payroll processing activities
- Collaborate with the finance team on various projects
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or PeopleSoft
- Knowledge of corporate finance principles
- Experience with payroll systems and processes
- Familiarity with financial services industry practices
- Ability to perform account analysis and reconciliation
- Strong clerical and organizational skills
