Reidco Metal Industries is looking for a Receptionist / Accounts Payable and Administration individual to join our amazing team! This is a full-time permanent position.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is organized and has professional phone manners. Familiarity with the manufacturing industry is an asset. Must have reception, accounts payable (AP) and administration experience.

Responsibilities

Answering phones in a professional and courteous manner
Daily entry of timecards
Entering quality documentation and customer requirements into our ERP system
All AP duties: matching packing slips and invoices with POs and entering invoices
Preparing bank deposits
Accounts receivable collection calls
Processing shipping paperwork and customs documentation
Issuing workorders to the production floor
Managing communications and posting of internal memos to staff
Receiving materials against POs and assisting Purchasing
Filing – maintaining electronic and paper files
Maintaining all stationery and copier supplies
Dealing with supplier issues pertaining to invoices and packing slips
Providing vacation relief for office staff
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

2 years experience within Reception / AP and administrative tasks
Excellent communication skills
Able to organize files physically and digitally
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
Strong work ethic
