Job Summary
We are looking for an administrative assistant who can multi task with very little supervision who will manage the office and its everyday responsibilities ( creating and sending out invoices, answering calls and managing client requests along with various office duties at our Mississauga Office.
Requirements:
- Must be efficient in Data Entry
- Must have QuickBooks Experience or equivalent
- Must be Professional and a team player
- comfortable working independently
Responsibilities and Duties
- Answer all Calls with professionalism or respond to inquiries via ticketing system
- Enter all invoices and or manage customer accounts efficiently
- Receive any shipments that come in via mail or delivery
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 1-2 Years QuickBooks and Office Administrative Experience
- Minimum 1-2 Years Data Entry Experience
