Job Overview: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Real Estate Office Assistant who will play a pivotal role in marketing and branding efforts. You will be responsible not only for managing the day-to-day operations of the office but also for driving our marketing initiatives. You will create high-impact marketing materials, assist agents in promoting their listings, and enhance our social media presence. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for marketing, great communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, agents, and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
- Lead the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, property flyers, listing presentations, and social media content to support agents' promotional efforts.
- Assist real estate agents with online paperwork submissions and ensure all required documents are accurate and submitted promptly.
- Manage the office’s social media accounts, posting engaging content, monitoring performance, and driving brand awareness.
- Collaborate with agents to create customized marketing campaigns for new listings, open houses, and other real estate events.
- Assist with the organization and coordination of office events and client appreciation initiatives.
- Maintain a well-organized library of digital marketing materials and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day operations, including answering phones, managing office supplies, and maintaining office files.
- Assist the Operations Manager with reporting and administrative tasks.
- Ensure a clean, professional, and welcoming office environment.
Qualifications:
- Strong marketing skills with proven experience in creating print and digital marketing materials is preferred
- Proficiency in G-Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), or other design software is a strong asset.
- Experience managing social media platforms with a focus on content creation and audience engagement.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
- Familiarity with real estate CRM or transaction management systems is a plus.
- Previous experience in real estate, marketing, or office administration is preferred.

Pay: $16.55-$29.15 per hour
