Established Financial Advisor Team is looking for some behind the scenes help to keep the team organized.
Responsibilities:
- Corresponding with Clients by email & phone.
- Submitting forms and staying on top to see if follow up if/reminders are needed until complete.
- Account Openings
- Submitting transfer requests to other institutions.
- Updating client database.
- Helping with meeting prep documents for advisor
- Updating client KYC info
MUST HAVE:
- excellent organization skills
- excellent memory
- resourceful
- very good with technology (new software, etc)
- very good communication (written & spoken)
- must be motivated and able to work independently (unsupervised)
- MS Office Suite
- Speaking French is an added value.
- Investment Industry Knowledge/Experience is an added value.

Salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
