Hunt Design Associates is an Architectural Design company currently serving the GTA. Our goal is to build long-term relationships with our customers by being fully transparent, providing quality services and a best in-class customer experience.
Due to the growth the company has experienced, we have the need for a full-time in house experienced bookkeeper to assist our in house bookkeeper.
Roles and responsibilities include:
· Process day-to-day transactions including A/R, A/P, Payroll and Benefits, Banking.
· Prepare government remittances including ETD, EHT, WSIB, GST, HST, etc.
· PrepareT4’s, T5’s, EHT returns at Year End.
· Analyze accounts up to trial balance, prepare reconciliations.
· Preparation and analysis of monthly and yearly financial statements
· Prepare YE Working Papers for review and submission to Corporate Account.
· Various other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· Formal education/training in Bookkeeping.
· * 5+ years of experience.
· Solid experience and proficiency using QuickBooks Desktop.
· Proficiency in Excel and Office 365 enterprise solutions/tools.
· Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment is a must.
· A self starter, able to work independently and with minimal supervision
· Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to meet deadlines, adjust quickly to changes in priorities and work within a team environment to achieve results
