At Footholds Therapy Center, we are dedicated to providing heartfelt care and professional support to individuals and families in our community. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented Invoicing Professional to join our team to manage all accounts receivable and payables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage all incoming invoices and outgoing payments efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure they are captured in our accounting system.
- Collaborate with directors and administrative staff to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, summaries, and reconciliations.- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding financial processes.- Assist with year
- end audits and provide necessary documentation as required.
- Continuously improve invoicing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accounts receivable and payable, preferably within a healthcare or service environment.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
