lace Options have an exciting opportunity for a French speaking Staff Accountant, Accounts Receivable. As a Staff Accountant, Accounts receivable, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounts receivable functions of the organization. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely collection of receivables, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues.

- the day to day processing of revenue billing and recording of cash receipts to client records.

Prepare a
- enter journal entries as required.
Responsible
- r collection, management, and resolution of outstanding invoices from past due accounts.

- and generate invoices in accounting software and mail them to clients.
Review, analyse
- nd correct system data for accuracy prior to generating customer invoices
Prepare monthly a
- unt reconciliations.
Respond to Customer
- d Account Manager queries.
Verify that transacti
- comply with financial policies and procedures.
Send weekly aging repor
- to account managers for review & collection of past due amounts.
Assist account managers w
- collection.
Generate revenue by clients

- Qualifications/Skills:
