Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform outbound calls to new leads.
- Manage new booking.
- Maintain organization by managing files and records efficiently.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff.
- Provide administrative support for various projects as needed.
- Ensure that office supplies are stocked and organized.
- Handle customer inquiries with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role, preferably within a medspa setting.
- Proven experience in sales.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Familiarity with phone systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Fluent in English.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
