We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, be proficient in office management, and have experience with phone systems. Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Perform outbound calls to new leads.
Manage new booking.
Maintain organization by managing files and records efficiently.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff.
Provide administrative support for various projects as needed.
Ensure that office supplies are stocked and organized.
Handle customer inquiries with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role, preferably within a medspa setting.
Proven experience in sales.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Familiarity with phone systems.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Fluent in English.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
