The FMO Administrative Assistant is located in Downtown Toronto and typically reports directly to the Facility Manager. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Entering timesheets
- Processing expenses
- Assisting in proposal preparation
- Purchase orders
- Ordering material and supplies
- Document controls
- Change order controls
- Requesting subcontractor PO's from legal department
- Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases
- Order office supplies, service office equipment and arrange for servicing in the case of major repairs
- Other duties as required

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma
- Degree or Diploma in Office Administration or related would be considered an asset
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years in an office environment in an administrative role. Administrative experience in the construction sector considered an asset
SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Due to many mandatory vaccination requirements on our client sites, the successful candidate will be required to provide proof of full vaccination prior to hire.

Proficient user of:
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Project)
- Strong Excel and JD Edwards or an Oracle-based ERP system considered an asset
