Den Bosch is looking for a dedicated and hard-working individual, with 3+ years bookkeeping experience, self-motivated, highly organized, with a desire to improve current systems.
Responsibilities Include:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Perform bank reconciliations and process deposits.
- Conduct regular account reconciliations.
- Utilize accounting software such as Sage 50 and Premier Construction Software.
- Set up new projects in the software.
- Generate various reports for departments as needed.
- Scan documents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Strong experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable procedures.
- Proficiency with accounting software like Sage 50 and Premier Construction Software (Jonas).
- Solid understanding of bank reconciliation processes.
- Ability to analyze accounts effectively.
- Knowledge of accounting principles.
