What Does the Role Entail?
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
- Prepare financial reports (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements).
- Process month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Support tax filings, audits, and compliance initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes.
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledger entries.
- Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
What Do You Bring?
- 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or a similar role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
