Main Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitates and assists the payroll process to ensure data & record accuracy.
- Manages employee termination & leave of absence process and documentation
- Manages employment letters and company letters (i.e. CNO language proficiency assessment).
- Participate in the key optional meetings and take notes.
- Maintains excellent documentation practices; ensures accuracy and completeness;
- Manages office supply and inventory.
- Keeps office organized and clean, including weekly laundry.
- Manages mails. Assists in mailing invoices and manages cheque deposits and filing.
- Manages company vehicles, including arranging maintenance, license, insurance and repairs.
- Conducts record audits periodically.
- Supports staff orientation, training, and education program, including mailing of the welcome package and PPE kit
- Manages reward and recognition programs; celebrates success and key events.
- Assists recruitment; conducts reference checks, collects required documents and record-entry/keeping.
- Manages company’s group benefits program.
- Other administrative and scheduling support, when needed
