Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable transactions accurately and timely
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Payroll administration and Inter-company account reconciliations
- Analyze financial data for discrepancies and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams for invoice approvals
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks for data entry and reporting
Experience
- Prior experience in accounts payable or related field
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as Quickbooks
- Knowledge of account reconciliation processes
- Ability to analyze financial data effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
