Position Overview: Downtown Clinic is seeking an experienced medical receptionist/administrative assistant with a minimum of 1- 2 years of experience in the medical field. This role requires a professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and prioritizes excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient communications: schedule appointments, follow up on reminders, emails, and lab tests.
- Handle administrative tasks: process mail, manage reports and billings, help maintain inventory, and coordinate office services.
- Maintain patient records: update and protect patient information in our database.
- Greet patients and visitors, answer phone calls, and provide information about our services.
- Support daily clinic operations by adhering to policies and ensuring efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in the medical field and administrative support.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Electronic Medical Systems (EMR ) .
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and customer service.
- Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
