Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain and organize filing system of paper and electronic documents
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining office calendars
- Conduct basic proofreading of documents
- Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed-Coordinates & maintain confidential files and contact information
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred
- Knowledge of the HVAC industry is a plus
- Proficiency in typing and using Microsoft applications
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
