Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the sales team and ensure smooth sales operations.
Duties
- Organize and maintain sales files and documents
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilize QuickBooks for sales-related transactions
- Provide clerical support to the sales department
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Collaborate with the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in data entry and file management
- Familiarity with CRM software is considered an asset
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
