Go Beyond Collection Agency is looking for a junior collection agent who is detail-oriented, energetic and extremely self-motivated to join our team.
No prior collection agency experience necessary, we will train you!
You will be responsible for maximizing recoveries on a large number of delinquent debts. The successful candidate will possess the following basic abilities:
- Previous Customer Service experience (minimum of 2 years)
- Previous Sales/Cold Calling experience (minimum of 1 year)
- Previous experience working remotely (minimum of 1 year)
- Must supply own computer and headphones with microphone while working remotely.
- Must have a reliable high-speed secured internet connection
- Excellent communications skills (verbal and written), fluent in English
- Ability to work independently and keep up with daily/monthly deadlines
- Determined personality that does not shy away from confrontation
- Ability to meet or exceed assigned targets
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to deal with very high volume of accounts
- Excellent attendance record and dedication
- Attention to detail and meticulous character
- A strong drive to succeed
- Self-motivated/excellent work ethic
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to converse with customers on a variety of different topics
- Must be bondable
This is a permanent, full-time position, after a 90-day probationary period. Starting as soon as possible. Starting wage is $18.20/hr, plus commission after the probationary period.
