As an Accounts Receivable you will handle customer accounts, oversee payment collection, and maintain accurate financial records. Your role will be critical in ensuring the financial health and stability of the organization.

Responsibilities
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Generate and send customer invoices promptly and accurately
- Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments
- Follow up on outstanding balances and resolve payments miscalculations
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger and prepare reports on account status
- Collaborate with internal teams to address billing and payment issues
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
Qualifications
- A diploma or degree in accounting, finance, related field
- Previous experience in receivable, collections or a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software (Quickbooks, Sage, SAP)
- Strong written and verbal communication for interacting with clients and resolving billing issues
- Accuracy in preparing invoices, processing payments, and maintaining customer accounts
