We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team and take ownership of our accounts receivable processes. Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and account reconciliations.
Develop, implement, and optimize efficient processes to improve the accuracy and timeliness of invoicing and collections.
Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Analyze accounts receivable data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to resolve payment discrepancies and ensure timely collections.
Prepare and present reports on accounts receivable performance to senior management.
Travel occasionally within the city to meet with colleagues or attend meetings as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in accounts receivable management, with a strong background in invoicing and collections.
Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think innovatively and implement process improvements.
Highly autonomous and capable of managing responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
