Harris Holdings Ltd. is currently looking for an Office Manager/Bookkeeper.
Skills & Previous Experience:
1. Proficient in Sage, Ceridian and other accounting software
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
3. Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Pro
4. Ability to multitask, and work under pressure with tight deadlines
5. Detail oriented
6. Have strong administrative, organizational and computer skills
7. Strong written and oral communication skills
8. Positive and cheerful attitude
9. Able to work independently or with a group
10. Self-motivated
Description of Duties:
1. Receiving and processing invoices
2. Receiving and processing client payments
3. Data Entry / Payroll
4. Support Ownership, Project Management and Site Supervision
5. Answering phone calls, and client correspondence through emails etc.
6. Office supply ordering
7. Greeting foot traffic
8. On-boarding of all new hires
9. Creating new company documentation and correspondence
10. Other administrative duties as requested
Previous Accounting and Payroll Experience is a strong asset and preferred.
