FG Deli Group Ltd. located in Langley BC, is the progressive leader in the manufacturing of premium, quality, European meat products. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Credit Representative to join our dynamic team.
Role Overview:
As a Credit Representative, you will play a key role in managing Accounts Receivable and Collections. Reporting to the Credit Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Accounts Receivable: Post daily cash deposits, process credit card payments, reconcile accounts, resolve billing inquiries, and handle customer statements and inquiries.

Credit Management: Collect accounts, track delinquent accounts and payment plans, and ensure accurate management of National Account program deductions.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to streamline processes and support various projects.
What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of proven experience in accounts receivable and collections

Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
