Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Bookkeeper and Real Estate Clerk. This role involves supporting our lawyers with real estate transactions, managing bookkeeping tasks, liaising with the general accountant and reception, and performing various office duties.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist lawyers with real estate transactions, including preparing and reviewing documents.
- Manage and maintain accurate bookkeeping for real estate transactions.
- Communicate and coordinate with the general accountant and reception staff.
- Handle general office duties as needed.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience as a Real Estate Clerk in a law firm.
- Experience in bookkeeping.
Attributes Required:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Relevant experience in the field.
- Interest in a long-term position with potential for advancement.
